    • Virtual HR support via e-mail, telephone and/or video
    • 7 HR Policies
    • Standard people management template letters and forms
    • Guidance documents on how to manage HR management processes
    • Monthly catch up with business owner to discuss progress
    • Monthly catch up with all people managers
    • 12 hours per month of HR support (approx 3 hours per week)
    • Minimum 3 months commitment on a rolling basis
